This campground is conveniently located right off of Route 84 in Mass. We visited on a halloween weekend so there was lots of activity.
The campground was packed full of cars from Mass so I would speculate that it’s a seasonal campground for the locals. The ones we met were very friendly!
Our campsite was easy-in, easy-out with no septic. However, the dump station was conveniently located.
No frills really for this place. There was a beach, basketball court (that needs some TLC), and a pool. Probably a nice place in the summer. It looked a bit worn out and not highly maintained. But certainly NOT a disaster zone.
Would we return? Probably so. It’s convenient for our fall travel plans.
One thing that I will mention. Since we are now traveling with a dog we are more dog-aware then we have been in the past. There were SEVERAL people on the campground that were NOT adhering to the “leash your dog at all times” rule. It was a bit disconcerting when we were walking our dog.
