My wife and I stayed here recently on our way to FL. The campground was located off an exit with easy-in/easy-out gas stations.

We arrived a little before check-in/check-out time and the campers before us were still on the site. We found it strange that the office wasn't aware that they were still there......but we found a place to park the motorhome out of the way and waited for them to leave.

We were camping during a Halloween weekend so the place was packed. Everyone we met was very nice and having a good time.

Overall the campground was well maintained and cared for.

This is a very convenient campground while traveling on Route 95 near Selma, NC. Just 2 minutes off the exit.

This is a campground in process. Seems like somebody bought up a great piece of land off the interstate and decided to build a campground - nice move! Its got probably 60 or so sites already and they are working to complete more. It's very well laid-out and spacious. Nice not to be sitting on the rig next to yours!!! Very flat and most of the sites are pull-thru's.

What would complete this campground would be a fenced in area for dogs to run. It would be very easy to do this as there is quite enough area for it.

The campground has a nice pond with ducks too.

I was however, a bit disappointed with the attitude of the young lady that check us in at this campground. She was on her cell-phone when I walked in the door and it seemed like I was the biggest inconvenience in her life. She was rude and abrupt. Seems to me that regardless of a campgrounds success (or potential success) the one greeting the "guests" should be appreciative of the business.

This campground is conveniently located right off of Route 84 in Mass. We visited on a halloween weekend so there was lots of activity.

The campground was packed full of cars from Mass so I would speculate that it's a seasonal campground for the locals. The ones we met were very friendly!

Our campsite was easy-in, easy-out with no septic. However, the dump station was conveniently located.

No frills really for this place. There was a beach, basketball court (that needs some TLC), and a pool. Probably a nice place in the summer. It looked a bit worn out and not highly maintained. But certainly NOT a disaster zone.

Would we return? Probably so. It's convenient for our fall travel plans.

One thing that I will mention. Since we are now traveling with a dog we are more dog-aware then we have been in the past. There were SEVERAL people on the campground that were NOT adhering to the "leash your dog at all times" rule. It was a bit disconcerting when we were walking our dog.

Russ and I stayed here back in early March. The campground was not busy at all and for the most part - shut down for the off-season.

It was, however, open and available to stay at. We pulled in, hooked up and enjoyed the sounds of the highway.

Since we stayed here off-season it's not fair to judge this campground one way or the other. It was convenient for us and the woman in the office was quite friendly.

We will stay here again for convenience sake!

This was a fabulous campground!

We camped here overnight during the early part of September. Of course with kids back in school, the campground was very quiet!

We arrived about noon-time, checked in and were set up on our site shortly thereafter. Our site had a wonderful deck with it's own little beach. Not a beach for swimming, but you could put your feet in and cool off. There was also a grill, table with chairs and a lawn chair recliner.

The campground had both a pool and a beach on the lake for swimming. I went to the lake to swim - it was beautiful. The water was perfect! My husband had a dip in the pool. He said it was very refreshing!

We now have a dog so we took her to the dog park. It was very large and well kept. It was also equiped with agility equipment. Apparently they provide doggie daycare too.

There were some hiking trails and even a place for the dogs to swim too.

The 2 (negative) things about this campground to note: When approaching from the south on Route 16, there is NO signage indicating that the campground is coming up. You go around a corner and all of a sudden the entrance is there. The second thing was there was a (looked like) seasonal camper with 2 dogs. One was a german shepard. While on one of our walks with our dog the shepard lunged toward our dog. Luckly he was tied. But had he not been, I can only imagine what would have happened!

Over-all this was a great campground to stay at. We will return!

My husband and I stayed here for an over night the first part of February.

The first thing that you want to be aware of when you visit is NOT to take your camper / motorhome down the driveway toward the store. The trees hang low and you will take off your air-conditioner if you hit a low branch. There is a sign posted.

The campground was very nice. The sites are large too. Some shaded but most of them were out in the sun. Very easy to back into!

This is a fisherman's paradise!! There is a large boat ramp with plenty of parking for truck and trailer. There is also space to dock your boat. If you don't have a boat, you can rent them - for reasonable rates.

There was a fishing tournament going on while we were there. About 20 boats were heading into shore when we took a walk down to the river. Not sure what they were catching as we continued our walk before the weighing began.

Outside the camp-store there was a fire blazing in the firepit. A nice warm-up since the day we were there it was only around 50 degrees.

This campground also has a large motel. What was really neat about the place was the parking lot. Each space was long enough for both truck and trailer. You could just imagine the place filled during peak season.

There is a saloon located 5 minutes (walking) from both the motel and campground. They have pool, darts and video games. They also have karaoke a couple of nights a week.

We will definately return here again if we are in the area. It was very relaxing and quiet with a nice atmosphere.

All I have to say about this place is: WOW!!!

This is a huge campground, over 1,000 sites. We traveled there in October so it wasn't busy at all. In fact they were closing down part of the park for the winter.

Our site was about 1/2 a football field to the ocean! We were up early each morning to see the sunrise. At night you could hear the waves breaking on the beach.

Each site has a covered gazebo with a pic-nic table. And the distance between sites was reasonable.

We took a walk around, there is both indoor and outdoor pools. Clean laundry room with a camp-store next door. The bathrooms/bath-houses were clean, spacious, and really nice.

This was really a beautiful place. We have already made plans to return.

The only disappointing part of our stay was the "All-U-Can-Eat Buffett Dinner" at one of the many tourist attraction/restaurants. My advise is: Stay away from Buffett!

This campground is in transition.

Thats not to say it's not a nice place - it's just got some room to grow.

The campground is as flat as can be. All the sites are pull-thru. You aren't sitting on top of the unit next to you - i.e. there is room between the sites.

This is a great place to stay while you are on your way to some place else. It's right off the highway, with lots of amenities close by.

I spoke with the campground manager while I was there: He was very informative and friendly. Apparently there are some good "local" restaurants and some nice hiking trails & waterfall. We didn't par-take in anything because we were tired from a long day traveling.

I would return for convenience sake.

What a beautiful campground this is. This place was designed for travelers who can stay awhile. There are activities going on all the time. In addition there is a very large pool, game room, mini golf, and a golf driving range.

The entrance to the campground has some historic items, many tractors and a caboose.

Our site was a very large pull-thru site. And the view of the mountains was fantastic. The place was packed for the weekend but we were able to stay for 1 night.

This campground is easy access in and out. It's about 5 miles from the highway. The people in the office where very friendly and accommodating.

We would certainly come back again and stay longer the next time.

We stayed at this KOA on our trip from NH to FL. The campground is located just off route 209, about 2 miles. The road is very twisty to get there but still not a problem with a large motorhome. (We are 38 feet, and towing a car)

We arrived after the office was closed but our reservation with instructions to the site where found easily.

The campground is nice and flat. We had a very large pull-thru site so we could leave the car attached overnight.

The campground was clean and quiet; campfire pits at all the sites too. We did not walk around the campground because we got there kind of late and it was snowing and very cold. But from what I could see out the window the place look very nice. The campsites were not right on top of each other - very nice!

On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give it about an 8. I would certainly come back again. It was convenient to our travel plans.
